The software
Pulli is licensed, not sold. We offer two tiers:
- Free
- A complete download manager. No cost, no expiry. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on one Mac.
- Pro
- A paid add-on on the same key. Caps and features are listed on the pricing page.

Your account key
Pulli doesn't use usernames or passwords. Your account is a random key like pulli-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. You generate it at /key and it stays on your device.
You are responsible for keeping your key safe. Anyone with your key can manage the license. If you lose it, you can recover it with an attached email at /key . Without an email on file, we cannot recover a lost key.
Devices
Each key activates one Mac. If that Mac stops checking in for 180 days, we release the seat so you can activate another.
Purchases and billing
Pulli Pro is sold in monthly and yearly periods, or as a one-time purchase. Current prices are on the pricing page and may change.
There is no merchant of record. Pro is paid in USDC on Base through Pulli's own subscription contract, and the blockchain is the payment record. With the key we store the paying wallet address, the plan, the amount, the start and paid-through dates, and whether renewal was stopped. The contract holds a random reference for the key, never the key itself.
Monthly access lasts 30 days; yearly access lasts 365. When renewal processing is available, checkout offers auto-renew as an opt-in, off by default. Without it your wallet signs a USDC limit of exactly the price, nothing renews, and the key returns to Free when the paid period ends. With it, monthly uses a USDC limit capped at 12 charges, including the purchase today, so it can cover up to 11 renewals. Yearly is capped at 4 charges, including the purchase today, so it can cover up to 3 renewals. The renewal worker attempts each charge from one day before the period ends to seven days after it, and pays the transaction gas. Stop auto-renew on the key page, or set the contract's USDC limit to 0 in your wallet, to end future renewals. Your fetches stay on your Mac either way.
Changed your mind? Within 7 days of paying, sign the refund on your key page and the payment goes back on-chain to the wallet that paid it, no questions asked. A plan bought inside those 7 days joins the same window instead of starting a new one: the deadline keeps its original date, and the refund returns every payment in the window, each to the wallet that paid it. A renewal charge isn't refundable — stop auto-renew on the key page before the next one. Each key can be refunded once, and each paying wallet once.
One-time Pro license
A one-time purchase unlocks Pro permanently — today's features and the ones we add to the tier. Features that cost us per-user to run will be separate add-ons.
What you fetch
Pulli fetches files you point it at. Those files stay on your Mac. You are responsible for having the right to fetch them. We do not host, scan, or police the contents of your queue.
Acceptable use
A few ground rules:
- Don't redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
- Don't share your key or bypass Pro without paying
- Don't flood the license or update API
- Don't use Pulli to attack systems or to fetch material you have no right to
Intellectual property
We own Pulli and its source code. The software is licensed to you under these terms, not sold. Open-source components bundled with Pulli retain their original licenses.
No warranty
Pulli is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will run without interruption or work on every macOS configuration. You use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Pulli is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If you are a free user who never paid, the cap is $1.
Leaving
You can stop using Pulli at any time. Delete the key at /key , or email us. See our privacy policy for what erasure covers.
Deleting the key removes the account on our side. On-chain purchase records are public and stay on the blockchain.
Our right to stop a key
We can suspend or revoke a key that floods the API, bypasses Pro, or otherwise breaks these terms. A paid period that we cut short for that reason is not refunded.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the terms change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will also be announced in the app.
